Mr. R. Power, the Authorised Representative of Henry de Bromhead, trainer of Mister Pessimistic, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was found to have scoped wrong on endoscopic examination and found blood at a nostril post race.
299E PWC Danoli S'chaseP.T. Enright, rider of Senecia, trained by Vincent Laurence Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the first fence and then never travelled.
299G SIS Supporting Irish Racing Beg. S'chB.W. Harvey, rider of Daydream Nation, trained by William Harvey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left throughout.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed where it appeared, Lemmy Caution (FR), ridden by J.W. Kennedy, collided with the running rail on landing after jumping the third fence. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
